Shipping Information
We offer insured international shipping to most countries. We use Fedex to ship all our international orders. See FedEx shipping Policy.

When your order has been completed, we will send you a dispatch email. This email includes the freight provider Fedex’s website and link to track your order and your order tracking number. Please note, it may take 24 hours before your tracking details are available from the Fedex website and you can use the number to track your delivery.

Please list any specific instructions for delivery when placing your order online. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the delivery address is true and correct. If your order is confirmed and its status displays as ‘Processing’ or ‘Complete’, we are unable to make changes to it. Please keep in mind that orders can be held up due to COVID 19, busy sales periods, Public holidays or customs delays.

We do not ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders or international PO Boxes.

Charges, Taxes and Duties.
All orders are charged in US dollars. The exchange rate is determined by international credit-card providers or banks, who may add an additional processing or administration charge. The international credit-card holder is liable for this. Custom fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country and customs policies vary from country to country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner Fedex will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer.

Kate McCoy has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country.
